The Front Mount Decoiler is a high-performance duct decoiler engineered for efficient duct deployment in OFC infrastructure projects. Designed for 60–120 HP tractors, the machine enables smooth and continuous duct laying during optical fiber cable installation across highways, rural roads, urban corridors, and utility networks. Its fully hydraulic operating system ensures controlled duct deployment with reduced manual handling, improved field productivity, and faster project execution.

Built with a robust adjustable bobbin mechanism, the hydraulic decoiler machine supports duct roll inner diameters from 650–850 mm and handles rolls up to 400 kg with a maximum outer diameter of 2000 mm. The integrated hydraulic lifting arms simplify loading, positioning, and deployment of HDPE ducts during trenching operations. Its removable bobbin system further improves transportation convenience and allows quick movement between project sites.

With hydraulic pressure up to 250 bar, a hydraulic flow of 150 L/min, and fuel consumption between 2-8 L/hour, the machine delivers dependable performance in demanding field conditions.
